What we collect
When you create a membership we collect your name, email address, phone number, buying budget bracket and investing timeframe. When you register interest in a deal we record the deal, your message and the time it was sent.
How we use it
We use your details to give you access to the Deal Room, to respond when you register interest in a deal, and to send alerts when new deals are published. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Your details may be shared with our service providers — for example our email platform and hosting provider — strictly to operate the Deal Room. Where you register interest in a property, we may share your name and contact details with the selling agent or vendor for that transaction only.
Storage and security
Member records and deal documents are held in access-controlled systems. Deal documents are stored privately and released through short-lived links issued only to signed-in members.
Access, correction and complaints
You can view and update your details on your account page at any time. To request deletion of your membership, or to raise a privacy concern, contact us using the details on our main website. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies in the Deal Room.
